Weekly Weigh In

Yesterday was my meeting and I am now down 20 pounds.  I can't believe that I have lost that much weight!  I hope to lose another 10 pounds and then I will reach my goal of lifetime member.  In our meeting yesterday we talked about how we want to go into the holiday time with a different attitude then we can just start over in January.  We talked about a goal that we could work on to help keep us on track and my goal is to start working out at least three times a week.  I feel like I am at the point where I really have to add some activity into my everyday life if I want to continue to be successful with this program.  I will start adding in how I am doing with my workouts into this post every week.  I am hoping that will help me get my workouts done!
